We have partnered with a new third-party vendor, invoiceCloud for accepting payments.

Please read the following.

Are you on autopay or have stored credit card information with Point & Pay? After 11:59 p.m. February 1, 2025, Point & Pay will no longer accept any form of payment from Village customers. InvoiceCloud goes live on January 21, 2025 and customers should establish their new account immediately to avoid payment interruption or duplicate payments.
Is your utility bill setup on paperless billing? Effective January 21, 2025 you will need to reestablish paperless billing through InvoiceCloud.

Utility Bill Information

For proper credit to your account, please mark your 8-digit account number on your payment remittance, including the 3 digits after the decimal. (i.e. 98765.000)

To make an update to your Utility Billing Address, please fill out the Utility Billing Address Change Form.

Online

The Village has partnered with InvoiceCloud to accept online utility payments. You are able to conveniently view your bills, make one-time payments as well as setup an account for automatic/recurring payments, go paperless and much more. Credit card payments are subject to convenience fees found in the fee schedule below. Give our online portal a try! Pay Utility Bill Online.

In Person

Cash, check and credit card are accepted at the Village Clerks office during normal business hours. Credit card payments are subject to convenience fees found in the fee schedule above. PayPal and Venmo products are payment options only available online.

Drop Box

A drop box is available and located just outside the main (west) entrance to Village Hall. The availability is subject to change based on time of year. Payments in the drop box prior to 8 a.m. will be applied to the previous business day. Please include the bill/remittance stub with your check.

By Mail

For efficiency, the Village utilizes our bank's lockbox service to process payments by mail. Please mail your check and bill/remittance stub to:

By Phone

InvoiceCloud accepts utility payments over the phone for an additional surcharge of $0.95 to use the service. Convenience fees for credit card and eCheck payments still apply. See the above fee schedule. To make a payment over the phone, please call (866) 987-3413.
