Since 2024 the Water Utility has provided an annual water lateral inventory. This list is called the Lead & Copper Rule Revision (LCRR) Inventory. Public water systems with one or more Lead, Galvanized Requiring Replacement, and/or Lead Status Unknown service lines must meet Consumer Notification (CN) requirements.
The LCRR identifies all portions of all service lines connected to the public water system (PWS).
All water utilities are required by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to develop this inventory and assure they are available to all our customers on an annual basis.
