  • 10 retention basins

Stormwater Discharge Permit

The Village of Menomonee Falls has applied and been granted the NR216 WPDES Storm Water Permit (PDF). This permit regulates discharges from Menomonee River watershed municipalities storm sewer systems that may consist of runoff from rain events or snow melt and fluids from spills or illicit connections. The permit requirements are intended to restore and maintain the chemical, physical, and biological integrity of waters of the state through management and treatment of urban stormwater runoff.
