For proper credit to your account, please mark your 8-digit account number on your payment remittance, including the 3 digits after the decimal. (i.e. 98765.000)

Payment Options

In Person

Payments of cash, check or credit card are accepted at the Village Clerks office during normal business hours. Credit card payments are subject to convenience fees found in the fee table below.

Drop Box

A 24 hour drop box is available and located just outside the main (west) entrance to Village Hall. Payments received in the evening after close will be applied the next business day.  Please include the bill/remittance stub with your check.

By Mail

For efficiency, the Village utilizes our bank's lockbox service to process payments by mail. Please mail your check and bill/remittance stub to:

The Village has partnered with Point & Pay, LLC to accept utility payments over the phone. Credit card payments are subject to convenience fees found in the fee table below. To make a payment over the phone, please call (877) 738-3161.

The Village has partnered with Point & Pay, LLC to accept online utility payments. You are able to conveniently view your bills, make one-time payments as well as setup an account for automatic/recurring payments, go paperless and much more.
