Retrieving Property

In order to maintain strict control of all property in police custody, the Menomonee Falls Police Department has designated a Property Custodian. He is the only person that has access to property in police custody.

Property in police custody may be returned by appointment only. All arrangements for the return of property must be made with Detective Brian Walter by emailing Detective Brian Walter or calling 262-532-8736.

The return of all property shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal and/or State laws.
