Copies of police reports can be obtained during regular office hours at the Menomonee Falls Police Department Business Office. There is a charge of $0.25 per page.

Restraining orders
A restraining order or protective order is a legal order issued by a state court which requires one person to stop harming another. In Wisconsin, there are restraining orders based on domestic abuse, child abuse, harassment, and for individuals at risk. A harassment order is filed through Waukesha County Courts.
