Our mission is to recruit individuals that have the desire, motivation and aptitude to assist the Menomonee Falls Fire Department in its mission. The Committee's objectives are:
- To create a recruitment process that is effective and efficient.

- Be ambassadors for the Department, Village and our surrounding communities.
