The mission of the Retention Committee is to retain motivated personnel by advocating for a healthy, safe and positive work environment. We will achieve this goal by developing strategies that ensure employee value, which is an essential component of the Menomonee Falls Fire Department’s diversity, equity and inclusion statement. The Committee's objectives are:
Identify employee retention challenges.
Implement solutions/best practices to employee retention.
Monitor solutions and adjust/update as appropriate.
Assist employees with personal and professional development.
