The Menomonee Falls Police Department employs 65 full-time sworn police officers, 13 non-sworn civilian support personnel and 9-14 police aides. These men and women uphold the law, are accountable, respectful and foster trust in their partnership with the community. MFPD also maintains 12 emergency/weather sirens throughout Menomonee Falls and Lannon, provides a drug disposal container for unused or expired medications and prescriptions and offers residential and business alarm response.
The Menomonee Falls Fire Department staff is a mixture of both full and part time employees spread across 3 stations, providing a long history of wholehearted support to citizens within the Villages of Menomonee Falls and Lannon. They continue the time-honored tradition and dedication of the fire service while protecting the community through prevention and education, while EMS personnel provide excellent pre-hospital medical care and ambulance transportation services to local area medical facilities.
Creating a strong networking team is something police and fire believe in. Another piece of the puzzle is utilizing Waukesha County Communications (WCC). WCC provides 911/dispatching services as well as non-emergency assistance for our community. They also have the ability to provide collaboration with neighboring communities when more vehicles, apparatus or manpower are needed during large incidents.
