Building Maintenance
The Building Maintenance Department is responsible for the operation, maintenance
- Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
- Plumbing fixtures and associated piping
- Interior and exterior walls, roofs, floors, windows, and doors
- Furniture and furnishings
- Providing cleaning, sanitizing, recycling and trash removal services for the municipal building and library
- Providing printed forms, documents, and reports for all village departments
Fleet / Equipment Maintenance
The Fleet/Equipment Maintenance Department works with department heads to procure vehicles and equipment.
The Fleet/Equipment Maintenance Department repairs and maintains over 200 vehicles and over 100 trailers and equipment for the police, fire, utilities, public works, and administration departments.
The Fleet/Equipment Maintenance Department repairs and maintains the gas and diesel fuel delivery systems at the Good Hope Garage.
Auction
The Village of Menomonee Falls periodically disposes of equipment and vehicles online through Wisconsin Surplus
Please check the Wisconsin Surplus website periodically for village equipment and vehicle disposal postings. Shortly before the online bidding process begins, items to be disposed of will be on display in the front parking lot of the Good Hope Garage located at N72W15900 Good Hope Road. A sign will be posted in front at the roadside stating "AUCTION, WisconsinSurplus.com". Each item will contain an item number that will match the online posting at WisconsinSurplus.com. The auction items will be in the southeast lot and in the lot just north. If you have questions, please either email Public Works or call 262-532-4700.
Fleet / Equipment Maintenance Mission
The Village of Menomonee Falls Fleet/Equipment Maintenance Department is committed to procuring, repairing, maintaining, and disposing of village fleet vehicles and equipment in a cost-effective manner.
