Engineering Permits

The Village of Menomonee Falls is encouraging all Engineering Department issued permits to be submitted through the our online Permit Portal. 

The Village of Menomonee Falls is currently waiving the online credit card service fees for all Engineering Department issued permits. Applicants are welcome to fill out the applications online and submit a check payment by mail. Permits submitted this way will not be processed until the check is received by the Village.

Permits Required by the Engineering Department

The following permits are required by the Engineering Department:

Application Process

Download the permit application from the individual page, fill it out completely, and return it to the Engineering Department with the appropriate fee. Once the application is turned in and processed, the Village will issue the permit.

All engineering permits issued require inspection during construction and after completion of permitted work. Please contact the Engineering Department at 262-532-4400 for inspection requirements.
