Firearm Training

Overview

During the year each officer attends a minimum of six training sessions where he or she participates in range training.

Scenario-based and competency-based training with the handgun, less lethal shotgun, and rifle establish the proficiency that is required of everyone.

The Menomonee Falls Police Department has a cadre of instructors that are certified by the State of Wisconsin Training and Standards Bureau to meet the training needs of the department.
