Park Rental Policies

  • Reservations can be made after January 1st of each year for that calendar year.
  • Permits are limited to Menomonee Falls Residents only or a representative of Menomonee Falls based Company.
  • A permit is needed for exclusive use or for gatherings of 25 people or greater.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • All individuals requesting an alcohol permit must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Reservations must be made for exclusive use of ball diamonds, tennis courts or soccer fields at an additional cost.
  • Keep a copy of your permit to prove reservation of the area for your event day.
  • Park cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund.
  • If you encounter problems with the shelter during your visit, please call the Police non-emergency number at (262) 532-8700.

The Village of Menomonee Falls reserves the right to cancel an athletic activity or event scheduled in the village parks in the case of inclement weather and/or poor field conditions.

Renters agree to abide by all regulations as stated in “Park Rules”, these “Park Rental Policies” and Section 66-51 of the Municipal Code relating to park use.
