Set Up & Clean-up
No set-up is allowed before your reservation. If the Village needs to repair any damages or clean-up after your rental, you will be billed accordingly. Garbage must be disposed of in the garbage cans.
Park & Shelter hours
Parks Open at 6:00 am and close one-half hour after sunset each night, except lighted athletic areas which may remain open until 11:00 pm.
Dogs are permitted in parks if they are on leashes no longer than 6 feet.
Tents may be erected only with the prior approval of the Village. Tents must be taken down on the same day of the rental. If you are planning to put up a tent please contact us at (262)-532-4200 for further permitting may be required.
Electric usage for small appliances needs to be spread throughout the facility. More than one appliance plugged into a pair of outlets may trip circuit breakers.
Parking lots, restrooms and playgrounds are open to all patrons, NOT EXCLUSIVE TO THE PERMIT HOLDER.
Fires are permitted in grills only. Charcoal must be properly disposed of in labeled containers.
Ordinance 62-118: Consumption or possession of open containers of any alcoholic beverage is prohibited in all park areas and in vehicles parked in park areas unless an alcohol permit has been obtained allowing this use as part of a park permit. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in athletic field areas.
The Village of Menomonee Falls and staff shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, personal injuries, or other loss at any Village park or facility.
Fireworks, moonwalks, bounce houses, slip and slides and inflatable structures are not allowed in park areas. Behaviors such as littering, destruction or removal of vegetation, disorderly conduct and amplified broadcast detectable beyond 20 feet of source are prohibited.
Parking is permitted in designated parking areas only. Parking on the grass and access path is prohibited. Citations will be issued.
Smoking is not permitted in any building, park or parkway owned by the Village.
