To Apply For Commercial Plan Review
Please email your plans with the architect stamp on them, SBD-118 and / or SBD-6154, and any other corresponding forms to Safebuilt and Safebuilt will contact you with fees due. For all inquiries on commercial plan reviews, please email Lisa Held at lheld@safebuilt.com.
Commercial turnaround is 10 to 15 business days once Safebuilt submits to the plan reviewer.
To Pay Commercial Plan Review Fees
To pay the plan review fees, you can mail in a check payment with the project name, address, and “Plan review fees” listed in the memo line to the attention of the Building Department at Village Hall, or you are welcome to come to the office at Village Hall and pay with cash, check or credit card. Credit card transactions are subject to a 2.75% convenience fee.
