Wacker Neuson AmericaA 92,888 square foot expansion to the Wacker Neuson plant has been approved by the Village. This large addition to the northeast corner of the existing building will be the third phase of recent updates to their North American headquarters. It will be used as a finished good storage area, in-house product painting, and assembly of the excavator product line. | |
Duwe MetalThe Village has approved plans for a façade renovation for Duwe Metal on Carmen Avenue. Industrial-themed architectural motifs will highlight the updated building exterior which will include a larger front entryway and canopy. | |
PopeyesPlans have been approved for a Popeyes restaurant with a dual drive-through on the south side of Main Street east of Pilgrim Road. The restaurant is 2,525-square feet and its exterior finishes reflect Popeyes latest architectural brand standards. | |
Community CenterThe School District of Menomonee Falls is moving forward on a 17,997 square foot building addition, including a gymnasium, fitness center, and classroom space, on lands south of the existing Community Center and Riverside Elementary School. Renovations to the existing facility and portions of Riverside Elementary are included within the project scope. | |
Ridgewood Industrial CenterConstruction is moving forward on a 300,000 square-foot remodel of the former Kohl's Innovation Center on Ridgewood Drive to convert the space into a multi-tenant industrial building. The project includes facade and site plan changes on the north side of the building to add truck docks and overhead doors which will help the building accommodate several industrial tenants. | |
Ford ProConstruction is underway on a 4,805 square foot building addition and facade update which will retrofit the former Boucher Ford dealership on Main Street to accommodate a Ford Pro truck and fleet vehicle dealership. The addition and exterior updates will meet the latest architectural brand standards for Ford Pro dealerships, and the project includes landscaping improvements for the site. | |
Dickson HollowConstruction is underway on a second phase of the Dickson Hollow senior housing community. This project includes 118 additional units in a building located to the north of the existing facility (near the corner of Lisbon Road and Pilgrim Road in southern Menomonee Falls. All units will have enclosed parking and access to campus amenities. | |
Highlands at AeroparkConstruction is nearly complete on a 224 unit senior apartment building and 32 senior town homes (in four 8 unit buildings) located on the north side of Lisbon Road to the east of Tamarind Way in southwest Menomonee Falls. A Final Plat was approved in 2020 for 17 single family homes along the west side of the site. Construction on phase 4 of the apartment building is now underway which will add 52 living units. | |
Focus Credit UnionConstruction is moving forward on a remodel and exterior update for Focus Credit Union on the north side of Main Street at Jefferson Avenue. The 3,000 square foot renovation and facade update will bring the facility up to architectural brand standards and will create an ADA-accessible and secure entrance system. | |
Evergreen Fields Phase VThe Village approved a Final Plat creating 15 additional single family lots to be developed a quarter mile east of Lannon Road, and a quarter mile South of Silver Spring Drive. These lots will range in size from 9,160 to 18,393 square feet, with an average lot size of 11,561 square feet. This phase is part of an overall subdivision concept that includes 129 single family lots and 28 dwelling units within 14 duplex condominiums. | |
Thompson PreserveA condominium plat was recorded in 2023 for Thompson Preserve containing 18 single family home sites located to the east of Marcy Road and to the north of the Tall Pines condominium development. Lots within the condo plat range in size from 9,239 square feet to 11,627 square feet. | |
SommersfieldA Final Plat was approved in 2022 for a subdivision with 29 lots located on lands north of Silver Spring Drive and east of Clover Lane in southern Menomonee Falls. Lot sizes in the subdivision range from 10,800 square feet to 14,256 square feet with an average lot size of 12,120 square feet. | |
Sanctuary at Good Hope EastThe Village approved a Final Plat in 2023 for 15 single family lots in a conservation development style subdivision located on the southeast corner of Good Hope Road and Town Hall Road. The Sanctuary at Good Hope East includes lots ranging in size from 1.03 acres to 2.7 acres with the average lot containing 1.47 acres. This subdivision is located to the east of original Sanctuary at Good Hope subdivision which was approved in 2021 with 25 single family lots. | |
QuietwoodThe Village has approved two Final Plats creating 164 single family lots and 14 outlots between Marcy Road and One Mile Road, and North of the Cranes Crossing Subdivision. These lots range in size from 15,017 square feet to 28,288 square feet, with the average lot size being 18,456 square feet. | |
Bella Vista EstatesPlans have been approved for a planned residential development including 105 single family homes and 14 duplexes on lands located south of Main Street and east of Town Line Road in southwestern Menomonee Falls. Tamarind Addition No. 2The Village approved a Final Plat in 2023 for 24 single family lots on lands west of One Mile Road and north of Lisbon Road in southwestern Menomonee Falls. Lots in this subdivision range from 12,031 square feet to 22,673 square feet with an average lot size of 15,197 square feet. This addition marks the third phase of the Tamarind subdivision which began construction in 2017. | |
Glen at WanakiThe Village approved (two) Final Plats in 2022 for a total of 53 single family lots in a subdivision located on lands south of Lisbon Road and south of Wanaki Golf Course in southwestern Menomonee Falls. This planned residential development is being marketed with maintenance, lawn mowing, snow removal, and landscaping services provided. The project is being developed in two phases to provide an extended window for project completion. Lot sizes in the Glen at Wanaki range from 10,124 square feet to 33,074 square feet. | |
Sandhill MeadowA Final Plat was approved in 2023 for a subdivision with 51 lots located on lands near the southwest corner of the intersection of Silver Spring Drive and One Mile Road in southern Menomonee Falls. As approved, lot sizes in this subdivision range from 10,028 square feet to 24,261 square feet with an average size of 12,875 square feet. Construction is now underway on single family homes in this development. |
