Good Falls Business Center

The Village has approved plans for a 91,000 square foot speculative industrial warehouse to be located at the corner of Good Hope Road and 124th Street in eastern Menomonee Falls. The building will be located immediately to the east of the Tailored Label Products campus, and it is designed for a mix of office and industrial uses

Luther Group Industrial Building

Construction is moving forward on a 79,126 square foot speculative industrial building located near the intersection of Campbell Drive and Woodale Drive in southeastern Menomonee Falls. The approved plans show the potential for up to four industrial tenants in the building.

Wisconsin Shower Door

Construction is moving forward on 10,405 square foot addition and interior renovation project for the Wisconsin Shower Door facility located on Leon Road south of Main Street in northeastern Menomonee Falls. This project will combine two existing buildings and expand the company's total footprint to 48,582 square feet.

Guidepost Montessori 

Construction is nearly complete on an 11,237 square foot interior and exterior remodel of a former bank building into a preschool and daycare near the corner of Ridgewood Drive and Silver Spring Drive in southern Menomonee Falls. Classrooms, play areas, offices, bathrooms, and a reception area are included in the remodel plans.

Menomonee Falls Mixed Use - Apartments

Construction is proceeding on 109,475 square foot apartment building located to the east of the intersection of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue in eastern Menomonee Falls. This four story building includes a total of 91 apartments, and it is part of an approved mixed use project which ultimately includes 173 apartment units and two commercial retail buildings.

Riverwalk II Apartments

Construction is underway on a mixed use building to include a ground level retail space and 45 apartment units at the southeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and Church Street in downtown Menomonee Falls. The project design uses a “stepped back” approach for the upper level apartments to accommodate the scale of nearby buildings, and the approved project will include three levels of interior parking to accommodate residents and visitors.

Nelson Brothers Power Center

Construction is nearly finished on a 4,000 square foot addition to the Nelson Brothers power equipment store located near the intersection of Lisbon Road and Marcy Road in southern Menomonee Falls. The project will expand the retail and storage space for this long-standing local business.

Springhill Suites by Marriott Hotel

Construction is nearly complete on a four story 103 room hotel on the west side of Falls Parkway across from the existing Home 2 Suites hotel in the Whitestone Station mixed use development area. The 65,065 square foot hotel will have an indoor pool, fitness center, and an outdoor patio.

Duet Apartments

Plans have been approved for two multi-family buildings with a combined total of 86 units on east Main Street adjacent to Emery's Cycling, Triathlon & Fitness. There will be 36 units in the western building and 50 units in the eastern building. A combination of surface and enclosed parking will be provided for residents. Construction is currently underway on the 36 unit western building.

Menomonee Falls Mixed Use - Retail

Building permits have been issued for two retail buildings to be constructed near the intersection of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue in eastern Menomonee Falls. These buildings will be 6,825 square feet and 8,470 square feet, respectively. They are part of an approved mixed use development which will ultimately include multiple commercial users and 173 new market rate apartments.

Highlands at Aeropark

The Village has approved plans for a 224 unit senior apartment building and 32 senior town homes (in four 8 unit buildings) located on the north side of Lisbon Road to the east of Tamarind Way in southwest Menomonee Falls. A Final Plat was approved in 2020 for 17 single family homes along the west side of the site. The senior town homes have been completed and construction on the apartment building is now underway.

High Bluff at Creekwood Crossings

Construction is proceeding on a 120 unit apartment development located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive in southern Menomonee Falls. The buildings in the approved plan have six units each. Each unit in the development will have a private entrance, a private garage stall, and private parking space.

Evergreen Fields Phase II

The Village approved a Final Plat for 22 single family lots to be developed along the south side of Silver Spring Drive between Lannon Road and One Mile Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. These lots range in size from 9,250 square feet to 15,340 square feet with an average size of 11,404 square feet. This phase is part of an overall subdivision concept that includes 109 single family lots and 58 duplex condominiums.

Pilgrims Landing

Plans for 26 duplex condominiums and one single family home have been approved for a site on the west side of Pilgrim Road south of Good Hope Road in central Menomonee Falls. Construction on the new living units began in 2021.

Sommersfield Subdivision 

A Final Plat was approved in 2022 for a subdivision with 29 lots located on lands north of Silver Spring Drive and east of Clover Lane in southern Menomonee Falls. Lot sizes in the subdivision range from 10,800 square feet to 14,256 square feet with an average lot size of 12,120 square feet.

Sanctuary at Good Hope East

The Village approved a Final Plat in 2023 for 15 single family lots in a conservation development style subdivision located on the southeast corner of Good Hope Road and Town Hall Road. The Sanctuary at Good Hope East includes lots ranging in size from 1.03 acres to 2.7 acres with the average lot containing 1.47 acres. This subdivision is located to the east of original Sanctuary at Good Hope subdivision which was approved in 2021 with 25 single family lots.

Edgewood Preserve Addition No. 1

This subdivision with 38 single family lots is under construction on the east side of Town Hall Road to the north of Good Hope Road in central Menomonee Falls. Edgewood Preserve Addition No. 1 includes lots ranging in size from 15,040 square feet to 29,131 square feet with an average lot containing 17,808 square feet. This subdivision is located immediately to the north of the six lot Edgewood Preserve conservation development subdivision which was approved in 2020.

Bella Vista Estates 

Plans have been approved for a planned residential development including 105 single family homes and 14 duplexes on lands located south of Main Street and east of Town Line Road in southwestern Menomonee Falls. Site work is underway and construction on the duplex units along Main Street is expected to proceed in their near future.

Tamarind Subdivision Addition No. 2

The Village approved a Final Plat in 2023 for 24 single family lots on lands west of One Mile Road and north of Lisbon Road in southwestern Menomonee Falls. Lots in this subdivision range from 12,031 square feet to 22,673 square feet with an average lot size of 15,197 square feet. This addition marks the third phase of the Tamarind subdivision which began construction in 2017.

Glen at Wanaki Subdivision

The Village approved (two) Final Plats in 2022 for a total of 53 single family lots in a subdivision located on lands south of Lisbon Road and south of Wanaki Golf Course in southwestern Menomonee Falls. This planned residential development is being marketed with maintenance, lawn mowing, snow removal, and landscaping services provided. The project is being developed in two phases to provide an extended window for project completion. Lot sizes in the Glen at Wanaki range from 10,124 square feet to 33,074 square feet.

Sandhill Meadow Subdivision

A Final Plat was approved in 2023 for a subdivision with 51 lots located on lands near the southwest corner of the intersection of Silver Spring Drive and One Mile Road in southern Menomonee Falls. As approved, lot sizes in this subdivision range from 10,028 square feet to 24,261 square feet with an average size of 12,875 square feet. Construction is now underway on single family homes in this development.
