Milwaukee Tool Technology Center

Construction is underway on a 121,635 square foot research and development building which will be located on Leatherwood Court (east of Flint Drive) in the Woodland Prime office park. This building will be part of Milwaukee Tool's growing corporate campus in Menomonee Falls.

Tailored Label Products

Plans have been approved for an 82,000 square foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for Tailored Label Products Inc. on the southwest corner of the intersection of Good Hope Road and 124th Street in eastern Menomonee Falls. The approved plans include space for a 39,400 square foot future addition on the south side of the facility.

RJ Schinner

Construction is proceeding on a 52,020 square foot warehouse addition and remodeling to the existing RJ Schinner facility located on Patrita Drive immediately north of the Main Street exit from Interstate 41/US 45 in northeastern Menomonee Falls. When the addition is complete, the building area will exceed 200,000 square feet.

Riverwalk II Apartments

Building permits have been issued for a mixed use building to include a ground level retail space and 45 apartment units at the southeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and Church Street in downtown Menomonee Falls. The project design uses a “stepped back” approach for the upper level apartments to accommodate the scale of nearby buildings, and the approved project will include three levels of interior parking to accommodate residents and visitors.

Amato Hyundai

Plans have been approved for a 27,055 square foot auto dealership and service building to be constructed along the north side of Leon Road west of 124th Street in eastern Menomonee Falls. The dealership and an associated sales lot will be constructed on the parcel west of the recently constructed Aldi store.

Springhill Suites by Marriott Hotel

Building permits have been issued for a  four story 103 room hotel to be constructed on the west side of Falls Parkway across from the existing Home 2 Suites hotel in the Whitestone Station mixed use development area. The 65,065 square foot hotel will have an indoor pool, fitness center, and an outdoor patio.

Johnstone Supply

Building permits have been issued for a 30,000 square foot wholesale HVAC distribution facility for Johnstone Supply on the north side of Manhardt Drive east of Lilly Road in southeast Menomonee Falls. The project includes warehouse and office space, and the approved plans have space for future building expansion.

Tamarack Springs

Construction is underway on a 170 unit apartment development located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Town Hall Road and Custer Lane near Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital.  The "Condo Style" apartment buildings in the approved plans range from four to ten units and the project includes a 4,800 square foot community center with a pool, fitness center, and other amenities.

Highlands at Aeropark

The Village has approved plans for a 224 unit senior apartment building and 32 senior town homes (in four 8 unit buildings) located on the north side of Lisbon Road to the east of Tamarind Way in southwest Menomonee Falls. A Final Plat was approved in 2020 for 17 single family homes along the west side of the site. Construction is currently underway on the senior town homes.

High Bluff at Creekwood Crossings

Plans have been approved for a 120 unit apartment development located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive in southern Menomonee Falls. The buildings in the approved plan have six units each. Each unit in the development will have a private entrance, a private garage stall, and private parking space.

Evergreen Fields Phase I

The Village approved a Final Plat for 35 single family lots to be developed along the south side of Silver Spring Drive between Lannon Road and One Mile Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. These lots range in size from 9,160 square feet to 31,637 square feet with an average size of 11,771 square feet. This phase is part of an overall subdivision concept that includes 109 single family lots and 58 duplex condominiums.  


Pilgrims Landing

Plans for 26 duplex condominiums and one single family home have been approved for a site on the west side of Pilgrim Road south of Good Hope Road in central Menomonee Falls. Grading and infrastructure work is now underway, and construction on the new living units is likely to commence before the end of 2021.

Silver Spring Estates Subdivision VII

21 residential lots are currently being developed to the east of Town Line Road and to the north of Silver Spring Drive in southwest Menomonee Falls. This is the final phase of the Silver Spring Estates Subdivision which created a total of 138 residential parcels (12 duplex and 126 single family lots) across from Hamilton High School on the former Lied’s Nursery site.

Tamarind Subdivision Addition No. 1

28 single family lots are being developed along the north side of Lisbon Road between Lannon Road and One Mile Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. The approved plat is the second phase of a larger project which will include 103 single family homes. Lot sizes in the Tamarind Addition No. 1 range from 12,055 to 27,844 square feet with an average size of 14,006 square feet. The addition is part of an overall concept that will create a total of 103 residential parcels in the Tamarind Subdivision.

Sanctuary at Good Hope

The Village approved a Final Plat in 2021 for 25 single family lots in a conservation development style subdivision located on the southwest corner of Good Hope Road and Town Hall Road. The Sanctuary at Good Hope includes lots ranging in size from 1.02 acres to 11.16 acres with the average lot containing 1.65 acres.

Weyerhaven Subdivision

21 single family lots are being developed near the intersection of Mill Road and Lilly Road in southeast Menomonee Falls. Lots for this phase of the subdivision range in size from 12,869 to 29,737 square feet with an average lot size of 18,116 square feet. When complete, the Weyerhaven subdivision will create a total of 140 single family home sites.

Edgewood Preserve Addition No. 1

The Village approved a Final Plat in 2021 for 38 single family lots in a subdivision located on the east side of Town Hall Road to the north of Good Hope Road in central Menomonee Falls. Edgewood Preserve Addition No. 1 includes lots ranging in size from 15,040 square feet to 29,131 square feet with an average lot containing 17,808 square feet. This subdivision is located immediately to the north of the six lot Edgewood Preserve conservation development subdivision which was approved in 2020.
