- Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)
The Village of Menomonee Falls Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Program was established through repayments on Wisconsin Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) economic development loans. The goal of the Village of Menomonee Falls RLF Program is to create jobs, encourage private investment, and provide a financing alternative for small start-up or expanding businesses that are already located in the village or are relocating to the village from outside the Southeastern Wisconsin region. The RLF program also provides loans with below market interest rates and extended maturities.
Businesses must be located or willing to locate within the corporate limits of the village. The maximum loan size is $100,000.
