• What happened
• When and where did it take place
• Who did it and was anyone injured
• Description of any persons involved, including how many, and if they were armed
• Did they say anything
• Any vehicle license numbers or descriptions that were involved
• Direction of flight

When describing suspects try to notice age, race, sex, height, and weight. Compare your weight and height with the suspect. Pick out unique characteristics which may help you identify the suspect in the future if need be.
