Life File Program

Program Overview

Menomonee Falls Fire Department is proud to announce a new program for all residents. The Life File program helps communicate your important medical information to Emergency Medical personnel when you are unable to during a medical emergency.

Residents receive a Life File envelope, a medical information insert, and a Menomonee Falls Fire Department refrigerator clip. Simply fill out the medical information insert, put it in the envelope and use the clip to hang it to your refrigerator.

Emergency Medical personnel will look for this envelope if they respond to your residence.
