The Village was recently notified that Menomonee Falls was rated the 10th safest community in Wisconsin with population over 10,000 according to backgroundchecks.org. A formula using FBI crime statistics, population, and weighted for violent vs. property crime and number of law enforcement personnel resulted in the Village being just one of two Waukesha County communities to be in the top ten.
