[ARCHIVED] Menomonee River Cleanup Event

You are invited to join this year’s Menomonee River Cleanup Event on Saturday April 20th starting at 9 AM until Noon.

UPDATE As of 4-18-13: The event is still happening this Saturday at this time. We advise everyone to stay away from the flood waters. Hopefully the waters will recede by Saturday. Thank you for your understanding when Mother Nature is not cooperating.

Begin registering at 8:15 AM at the Rotary Park Shelter off Fond du Lac Ave. near Lilly Rd.
Choose from up to 30 sites located throughout Menomonee Falls.
At 9:00 AM everyone is invited to go to their site and return to Rotary Park Shelter at Noon for food and refreshments.

Thank you to Milwaukee Riverkeepers for organizing this wonderful Earth Day event and to Waste Management for sponsoring the Menomonee Falls cleanup sites.

Hopefully it will feel more like Spring soon. Please Join us on April 20th.
Please sign up to give us an idea how many people are coming and to choose your favorite cleanup spot. All locations are displayed at:
