Waste Management garbage trucks and Village clean-up crews have been through the entire Village picking up garbage and flooding related debris.
If you wish to have your flooding debris picked-up at the curb, you must place all flooding related debris at the curb or shoulder not later than Wednesday, August 4, 2010. This flooding debris pick-up does not include yard waste or appliances. Flooding debris placed at the curb or shoulder after the Wednesday, August 4th deadline will not be picked up.
For disposal of flooding debris after the Wednesday, August 4th deadline, all debris must be dropped off at the Orchard Ridge Landfill, W124 N9355 Boundary Road. Resident ID is required and a cost of 1 and 1/2 cents per pound with a $3.00 minimum will be charged.
