Watch for the Village's Annual Stormwater Conference called Clean River, Clear Falls coming this winter on February 25, 2010 from 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Menomonee Falls Fire Station #3 on Lilly Road! SAVE THE DATE!
Come and learn about what we can do as residents to help protect the Menomonee River from stormwater pollution. Come and participate. There will be presentations and various exhibitors to show what we can do in our own backyards to help improve stormwater quality.
School groups and families are welcome as well as developers and contractors. There will be something for everyone.
Topics will include: Rain Water Harvesting, Rain Gardens, Rain Barrels, Erosion Control, Prairie Plantings, Composting, and Tree planting.
Rain Barrels will be available for sale.
