[ARCHIVED] Special Severe Weather/Tornado Siren Test on APRIL 7, 2022

Tornado Warning Siren

There will be a special test of our Tornado/Severe Weather Sirens tomorrow, Thursday 04-07-2022 at 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.  This week is Wisconsin's Tornado and Severe Weather Awareness Week and it is important to notify the public for these special siren tests.  Please note that if there is a possibility of severe weather  tomorrow, the alternate test date will be Friday, 04-08-2022.

This is an important time to encourage the public to ensure they have safety plans in place in the event of severe weather or tornado activity.  We encourage everyone, not only to have these plans in place, but to also communicate and practice these plans.  Parents should discuss with their children the importance 'what to do in an emergency'. This will ensure there is a level of preparedness for everyone. Tornado and Severe Weather planning and Information can be found below:
