Pedestrians (including bicyclists & riders of personal assistive mobility devices) must:
Drivers must:
Yield to pedestrians, bicyclists, or persons using electric personal assistive mobility device who have started crossing at an intersection within a marked or unmarked crosswalk
Not overtake and pass any vehicle that stops at an intersection or crosswalk to permit a pedestrian or bicyclist to cross the roadway safely
