Veterans Recordings: Your Service. Your Story

You’re invited to record your military service story with a loved one for a new oral history project at Menomonee Falls, Sussex or Brookfield public libraries. Your story will be preserved and shared for future generations.

The Bridges Library System, along with local public libraries, is partnering with StoryCorps, a national oral history organization, to record and preserve community stories.

What to expect:

You will have 40 minutes to record a conversation.

You choose your conversation partner and what you'd like to talk about.

The recording is audio only. No video will be taken.

You decide whether to share your recording or keep it private.
