Join us for an all levels basic yoga class! We will spend time focusing on the breath and becoming more centered and mindful. Next we will move slowly through postures that will improve strength, flexibility and stability within the body. Then we will strive to connect the breath to our movement. Finally we will come to a resting pose to close the class. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Beginners are welcome! Limited to 15 participants.
