Application for Absentee Ballot
If you are not already registered, you will need to register to vote before an absentee ballot can be sent to you. All requests for an Absentee Ballot must be in writing by the elector.
Request by Mail
Complete the form and mail it to Village Clerk's Office, W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. The application must be received by the clerk no later than 5:00 PM on the Thursday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.
Request in Person
You can request an Application for Absentee Ballot in person at the Village Clerk's Office. This can be done up until 5:00 PM on the day before the election.
Deadline for Returning Ballot
The completed ballot must be received by the Village Clerkâs Office no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the election so that it can be delivered to the polling location by 8 PM.
