History
This active multi-purpose park was donated to the Village by the Walter Diehnelt family and the local Rotary Club in 1962. It was originally named Walter Diehnelt Rotary Memorial Park.

Mr. Diehnelt was the owner of the business known as "Honey Acres". The business was located on Fond du Lac Ave and has now been relocated to Ashippun, WI. The Rotary Club has donated two shelters, one on each side of the Menomonee River in Rotary Park.
