Design guidelines are provided to aid the design engineer and planner on infrastructure and design requirements for the Village of Menomonee Falls.

Landscaping is an important part of any development. The landscaping policy by the Engineering Department outlines what landscaping is or is not allowed within Village-controlled easements, right of way, and stormwater ponds.

This policy must be used in conjunction with the Village of Menomonee Falls Landscape Guidelines to ensure proper landscaping is designed for the development.

A private development is responsible for the water main, sanitary, and storm sewer infrastructure required for the development of the property and for all connections to the municipal system.

The Water, Sewer and Stormwater Utilities of Menomonee Falls may consider acceptance of the dedications of the respective utility infrastructure in private developments in accordance with the Utility Acceptance Policy.
