2016 Stormwater Facility Inspections

Inspections Due

All ponds with agreements from 2006 are required to have their inspections in 2016. These reports are due by August 15, 2016.  

 

       
  • Harmony Hills II Subdivision: 4 wet ponds and 1 dry
  • Lilly Creek Highlands IV Subdivision: 3 wet ponds and 1 dry pond 
  • Little League Expansion: 5 dry ponds with filter material
  • Pizzeria Uno on Premier Lane: 1 dry pond with filter material
  • Reich Tool & Design/AJ Die-Namics: 1 wet pond and 1 dry pond
  • Spencer’s Pass East Subdivision: 1 wet pond
  • Super Excavators: 1 underground system
  • Wildwood Lake: 1 wet pond

 

All ponds with agreements from 2011 are required to have their inspections in 2016. These reports are due by August 15, 2016.
  

  • We Energies CP-26:  1 wet pond, 1 underground detention
  • Wacker: 1 dry pond
  • Breezy Hill Nursery:  1 wet pond, 1 wet Fore bay pond, 1 infiltration pond
  • Menomonee Falls Elderly Assisted Living Facility:  4 bio-filter ponds built and 1 underground storage,                              and 3 bio-filter ponds and 1 underground storage will be built in phase 2
  • CVS: 6 underground storage tanks, 2 stormceptors, 2 sand filters, 1 bio-filter pond, 1 dry temporary pond
  • Eaton: 2 wet ponds
  • Willow Springs School:  1 dry pond
  • Weyer Road Soccer Fields: 1 wet pond
  • Quail Haven Subdivision: 1 wet pond
  • Quail Haven Addition #1 Subdivision:  1 wet pond
  • Brook-Falls Veterinarian:  1 wet pond
