If you are not already registered, you will need to register to vote before an absentee ballot can be sent to you. All requests for an Absentee Ballot must be in writing by the elector.

Complete the form and mail it to Village Clerk's Office, W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. The application must be received by the clerk no later than 5:00 PM on the Thursday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.

Request in Person

You can vote an Absentee Ballot in person at the Village Clerk's Office. In-person absentee voting begins on October 10th and ends at 5:00 PM on the Friday preceding the election. No Absentee Voting will be conducted on the Monday prior to the election.

    October 17 - October 21, 8 am to 4:30 pm
    October 24 - October 28, 8 am to 4:30 pm
   * Saturday, October 29, 9 am to 12 noon
    October 31, 8 am to 4:30 pm
   * November 1, 8 am to 7 pm
    November 2, 8 am to 4:30 pm
   * November 3 - November 4, 8 am to 5:00
        * extended hours

Deadline for Returning Ballot

The completed ballot must be returned to the Village Clerk’s Office no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the election so that it can be delivered to the polling location by 8:00 PM.

Absentee Voting in Residential Care Facilities and Retirement Homes

 Required notices for locations served by Special Voting Deputies can be found in Public Notices. Notices will be updated with dates and times for every election.
