Based on manufacturing real estate value, Menomonee Falls ranks as the 3rd largest manufacturing municipality in Wisconsin, exceeded by only Milwaukee and Green Bay.
Location & Population
With its location in the northeastern corner of Waukesha County along the Highway 41/45 corridor, The Falls is an easy drive to the quiet nature of the Kettle Moraine area or the energy of Miller Park. With this said, it is no surprise to see the community growing. The Wisconsin Department of Administration estimates the 2013 village population to be 35,710 making Menomonee Falls the fourth most populated community in Waukesha County. The village is consistently among Wisconsin leaders in new housing starts and average new home valuation, and by 2040, the village is projected to gain more than 6,400 additional residents, which would be the second largest population increase in the County during this time period. All of these factors point to the high quality of life that village residents have known and come to expect.
