White Stone Station is a mixed-use development located along Falls Parkway, north of Roosevelt Drive. The development is anchored by Costco Wholesale and includes 318 apartments, multiple commercial retail buildings, a hotel, and a mix of restaurants. Froedtert Health and the Wisconsin Athletic Club are located on the eastern side of the development.
Construction has begun on a 4,000 square foot Café Zupas restaurant near the corner of Falls Parkway and Junction Way in northern Menomonee Falls. Café Zupas specializes in healthy salads, soups, sandwiches, and protein bowls. This will be just the second Wisconsin location for this restaurant chain.
Construction is underway on a new Kwik Trip facility on the northwest corner of the intersection of Silver Spring Drive and Lilly Road in southeast Menomonee Falls. Components of the project include a 7,000 square foot convenience store, a gas station canopy, and a 2,000 square foot car wash building.
Riverwalk on the Falls
Wimmer Communities is constructing a 114-unit apartment building on the former Associated Bank property located adjacent to Mill Pond on Main Street in downtown Menomonee Falls. The development includes an approximately 2,000 square-foot commercial space near Main Street adjacent to the dam. The redevelopment of this parcel removes a functionally obsolete structure in the heart of downtown while adding much needed density which will contribute to a thriving downtown.
Vista Pointe Assisted Living
Falls Elderly LLC is moving forward on development of a third building which
will add 20 assisted living units to their existing facility located along Town
Hall Road to the north of Valley View Elementary School. The new 13,750 square
foot building features a common space with living rooms, a dining area, a
kitchen, a caregiver’s station, an office, and a laundry room.
Rainbow Child Care Center
A 10,782 square-foot day care center has been approved for the northwest corner of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue adjacent to the Woodlands Market commercial area. The Rainbow Child Care Center will include classrooms, a gymnasium and an outdoor play area complete play structures and a splash pad. The facility will operate with 15 full-time employees as the day care center grows to its anticipated capacity of 115 students.
Plans have been approved for the development of a 45 unit Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) at the southeast corner of Good Hope Road and Pilgrim Road in central Menomonee Falls. The 52,400 square foot facility will provide low and intermediate level nursing care and memory care. The approved plans include a second phase 45 unit building to be built as a mirror image of the approved building.
Village Public Works Facility
Construction is under way on a 112,650 square foot building and a new salt shed adjacent to the existing Public Works offices and garage along the north side of Good Hope Road west of Pilgrim Road. The facility will include indoor parking for Village vehicles and equipment, new reception and office space, six service bays, a wash bay and a new fuel station This modern facility will replace deteriorating buildings which date to the 1950s and ensure that the Public Works Department can provide and maintain Village infrastructure and essential services for years to come.
Construction is proceeding on a 158,000 square foot building along old Orchard Road in Northeast Menomonee Falls which will serve as the corporate headquarters for ER Wagner Manufacturing. The facility, which is expected to be completed in 2017, will employ approximately 130 full-time staff and will include 135,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 23,000 square feet of office space.
Hansen Storage Company
Plans have been approved for the development of a 125,672 square foot industrial warehousing space at the southwest corner of the intersection of Main Street and Old Orchard Road in northeast Menomonee Falls. The building will provide warehousing space for various customers and the approved site plans have been designed for the possibility of over 30 employees.
Shady Lane Elementary School
The School District of Menomonee Falls is completing an addition and rehabilitation to the entrance, bathrooms, and parking lot/drop-off area at Shady Lane Elementary School which is located at the intersection of Shady Lane and Roosevelt Drive in northern Menomonee Falls. The project will update the look of the school, add efficiency to the drop-off area, and modernize bathrooms to ADA accessibility standards.
North Middle School
A series of significant renovations are moving forward at North Middle School including a redesigned library media center, a new music room, and a new tech education department. The school’s auditorium is also being updated for the first time in 50 years. The improvements at North Middle School and Shady Lane Elementary School are among the most visible of approximately 70 projects that were approved to modernize the School District in a 2016 referendum.
Pilgrim Lutheran School
Construction is moving forward on an
addition to Pilgrim Lutheran School along Bette Drive in southeast Menomonee
Falls. The 9,469 square foot addition will add a classroom, school offices,
bathrooms, and a larger meeting space. A new parking area is also being
developed as part of the project.
The Village approved a preliminary plat for 60 single family lots to be developed along the east side of Lannon Road between Silver Spring Drive and Lisbon Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. The lots in the proposed Aero Park subdivision range in size from 18,000 square feet to 28,000 square feet with an average lot size of 19,600 square feet.
31 single family lots are being developed at the northeast corner of the intersection of Christman Road and Maple Road in northern Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Christman Park subdivision range in size from 12,000 to 31,600 square feet.
60 single family lots are being developed on the west side of Pilgrim Road between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive in Central Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Fox Meadows subdivision range in size from 15,000 to 28,000 square feet with an average lot size of over 17,000 square feet.
Lilly Creek V
The Village is reviewing a final plat for 22 single family homes at a site which is located near the corner of Daylilly Drive and Northfield Drive in southeast Menomonee Falls. Lot sizes in the proposed Lilly Creek V subdivision range from 20,039 to 32,720 square feet with an average size of 23,792 square feet.
Silver Spring Estates
Construction is underway on the third phase of Silver Spring Estates Subdivision which is located to the east of Town Line Road and to the north of Silver Spring Drive in southwest Menomonee Falls. Phase three is adding 26 single family lots with lot sizes ranging from 12,375 to over 44,000 square feet. When complete, the Silver Spring Estates Subdivision will create a total of 138 residential parcels (12 duplex and 126 single family lots) across from Hamilton High School on the former Lied’s Nursery site.
Tall Pines Condominiums
Construction is proceeding on a 38 unit condominium development located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive in southern Menomonee Falls. Condominium units range from 1,520 to 1,680 square feet
Village is reviewing a final plat for 103 single family homes at a site which
is located along the north side of Lisbon Road between Lannon Road and One Mile
Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. Lot sizes in the proposed Tamarind
subdivision range from 12,000 to 27,844 square feet with an average size of
14,392 square feet.
