Current Development Projects

White Stone Station

White Stone Station is a mixed-use development located along Falls Parkway, north of Roosevelt Drive. The development is anchored by Costco Wholesale and includes 318 apartments, multiple commercial retail buildings, a hotel, and a mix of restaurants. Froedtert Health and the Wisconsin Athletic Club are located on the eastern side of the development. Construction is expected to begin on an Olive Garden Restaurant along Falls Parkway in 2019.

Riverwalk on the Falls

Wimmer Communities is constructing a 114-unit apartment building on the former Associated Bank property adjacent to the Mill Pond on Main Street in downtown Menomonee Falls. The development includes an approximately 2,000 square-foot commercial space near Main Street next to the dam. The redevelopment of this parcel removes a functionally obsolete structure in the heart of downtown while adding much needed density which will contribute to a thriving downtown.

Jade at North Hills

A 139-unit apartment development is under construction at the corner of Good Hope Road and Highland Drive in eastern Menomonee Falls. The proximity of the Jade at North Hills to nearby services, an on-site retail space and an indoor common area/recreational space are expected to increase the desirability of these apartments for young professionals.

Grace Commons

Construction is underway on a large senior housing development near the intersection of County Line Road and Cross View Way in northern Menomonee Falls. The first phase of the project will create 165 units including a mix of independent living apartments, assisted living apartments, and memory care units.

Fire Station Restaurant

Construction is proceeding to transform the former Fire Station No. 1 into a new restaurant along Appleton Avenue in downtown Menomonee Falls. Over 9,000 square feet of space in the building is being renovated to accommodate the new commercial space. The project includes outdoor seating areas at both the front and rear of the building.

Village Park

Revisions to the 2016-2020 Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan in 2018 are guiding the development of Village Park as a community destination. The Village is planning to complete the first phase of construction in 2019 which will include a new plaza/market space, performance amphitheater, a restroom/covered gathering area, inviting landscape features, and access improvements. Additional amenities (including a splash pad and destination play area) are planned for the second phase of construction. This concept rendering shows some of the features being planned for Village Park.

Colonial Plaza

Construction is proceeding on exterior improvements and interior build-outs of the tenant spaces between Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and Planet Fitness in downtown Menomonee Falls. Evie's Bistro and Cassia Nails and Spa will occupy nearly 8,000 square feet of commercial space to complete the redevelopment of the Colonial Plaza shopping center.

Olive Garden Italian Kitchen

Construction will be moving ahead in 2019 on an Olive Garden restaurant on the east side of Falls Parkway in the White Stone Station mixed use development. The 7,794 square foot restaurant will be located immediately to the northwest of the Froedtert Orthopaedic Sports and Spine Center.

A new 3,149 square foot Burger King restaurant is being constructed along the east side of Appleton Avenue to the south of the existing CVS Pharmacy.

Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital

Plans have been approved for a major addition at the Brook-Falls Veterinary location on Lisbon Road in southeastern Menomonee Falls. The 12,250 square foot addition will allow Brook-Falls to offer more comprehensive pet daycare and boarding services.

Moore Construction

A new 13,000 square foot office and warehouse space is being built by Moore Construction on the northeast corner of Silver Spring Drive and Enterprise Avenue in southeast Menomonee Falls. The building will serve as the company's corporate headquarters.

Westbrook at Old Orchard LLC

Construction is proceeding in 2019 on a 57,047 square foot speculative light industrial building at the corner of Old Orchard Road and Stratton Circle in northeast Menomonee Falls.

Leonardo DRS

The Village has approved plans for the relocation (and expansion) of US Navy contractor Leonardo DRS on the west side of Flint Drive in Woodland Prime Office Park. The approved plans call for Leonardo DRS to build a 350,000 square foot high-tech industrial building and for the company to occupy an existing 120,000 square foot office building to the north of the new facility. Leonardo DRS is expected to employ an estimated 600 employees on their largest shift.

Aeropark Subdivision

The Village approved a final plat for 19 single family lots to be developed along the east side of Lannon Road between Silver Spring Drive and Lisbon Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Aero Park subdivision range in size from 18,063 square feet to 22,673 square feet with an average lot size of 19,058 square feet.

Christman Park Subdivision

31 single family lots are being developed at the northeast corner of the intersection of Christman Road and Maple Road in northern Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Christman Park subdivision range in size from 12,000 to 31,600 square feet.

Fox Meadow Subdivision

60 single family lots are being developed on the west side of Pilgrim Road between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive in Central Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Fox Meadows subdivision range in size from 15,000 to 28,000 square feet with an average lot size of over 17,000 square feet.

Lilly Creek Highlands Subdivision V & VI

The Village approved final plats for 22 single family homes at a site which is located near the corner of Daylilly Drive and Northfield Drive in southeast Menomonee Falls. Lot sizes in the Lilly Creek V & VI subdivisions range from 20,015 to 26,472 square feet with an average size of 21,836 square feet.

Silver Spring Estates Subdivision V & VI

The Village approved plans for the fifth and sixth phases of the Silver Spring Estates Subdivision in 2018 to the east of Town Line Road and to the north of Silver Spring Drive in southwest Menomonee Falls. These phases added 29 lots with an average lot size of 19,003 square feet. When complete, the Silver Spring Estates Subdivision will create a total of 138 residential parcels (12 duplex and 126 single family lots) across from Hamilton High School on the former Lied’s Nursery site.

Tall Pines Condominiums

Construction is proceeding on a 38 unit condominium development located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive in southern Menomonee Falls. Condominium units range from 1,520 to 1,680 square feet

Tamarind Subdivision

The Village approved a final plat for 27 single family homes at a site which is located along the north side of Lisbon Road between Lannon Road and One Mile Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. The approved plat is the first phase of a larger project which will include 103 single family homes. Lot sizes in the Tamarind subdivision range from 12,000 to 27,844 square feet with an average size of 14,392 square feet. New home construction began on the site in 2018.

Brookdale Estates Subdivision

The Village approved a final plat for 75 single family lots to be developed at the northeast corner of the intersection of Pilgrim Road and Lisbon Road in southeast Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Victory Subdivision range in size from 10,000 square feet to 29,000 square feet with an average lot size of over 13,300 square feet. Building permits were issued for 39 new single family homes in the Brookdale Estates Subdivision in 2018.

Weyerhaven Subdivision

The Village approved a final plat for 31 single family lots to be developed near the intersection of Mill Road and Lilly Road in southeast Menomonee Falls in 2018. Lots for this phase of the subdivision range in size from 13,477 to 34,268 square feet with an average lot size of 18,762 square feet. When complete, the Weyerhaven Subdivision will create a total of 140 lots.
