White Stone Station is a mixed-use development located along Falls Parkway, north of Roosevelt Drive. The development is anchored by Costco Wholesale and includes 318 apartments, multiple commercial retail buildings, a hotel, and a mix of restaurants. Froedtert Health and the Wisconsin Athletic Club are located on the eastern side of the development.
Riverwalk on the Falls
Wimmer Communities is constructing a 114-unit apartment building on the former Associated Bank property adjacent to the Mill Pond on Main Street in downtown Menomonee Falls. The development includes an approximately 2,000 square-foot commercial space near Main Street next to the dam. The redevelopment of this parcel removes a functionally obsolete structure in the heart of downtown while adding much needed density which will contribute to a thriving downtown.
Jade at North Hills
A 139-unit apartment development is under construction at the corner of Good Hope Road and Highland Drive in eastern Menomonee Falls. The proximity of the Jade at North Hills to nearby services, an on-site retail space and an indoor common area/recreational space are expected to increase the desirability of these apartments for young professionals.
Capri Senior Housing
The Village is reviewing plans for a senior housing development near the intersection of County Line Road and Cross View Way in northern Menomonee Falls. The project includes 121 independent living apartments, 48 assisted living apartments and 27 memory care units. 32 additional independent living units have been proposed for a second phase.
Rainbow Child Care Center
A 10,782 square-foot day care center has been approved for the northwest corner of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue adjacent to the Woodlands Market commercial area. The Rainbow Child Care Center will include classrooms, a gymnasium and an outdoor play area complete play structures and a splash pad. The facility will operate with 15 full-time employees as the day care center grows to its anticipated capacity of 115 students.
Village Public Works Facility
Construction is under way on a 112,650 square foot building and a new salt shed adjacent to the existing Public Works offices and garage along the north side of Good Hope Road west of Pilgrim Road. The facility will include indoor parking for Village vehicles and equipment, new reception and office space, six service bays, a wash bay and a new fuel station This modern facility will replace deteriorating buildings which date to the 1950s and ensure that the Public Works Department can provide and maintain Village infrastructure and essential services for years to come.
Falls Self Storage
Plans are being reviewed for the development of a 79,369 square foot addition to Menomonee Falls Self Storage on Megal Drive in northern Menomonee Falls. The project would construct a two story heated self-storage facility adjoining (and immediately northwest of) the existing self-storage facility.
The Village approved a preliminary plat for 60 single family lots to be developed along the east side of Lannon Road between Silver Spring Drive and Lisbon Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. The lots in the proposed Aero Park subdivision range in size from 18,000 square feet to 28,000 square feet with an average lot size of 19,600 square feet.
31 single family lots are being developed at the northeast corner of the intersection of Christman Road and Maple Road in northern Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Christman Park subdivision range in size from 12,000 to 31,600 square feet.
60 single family lots are being developed on the west side of Pilgrim Road between Chateau Drive and Wildflower Drive in Central Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Fox Meadows subdivision range in size from 15,000 to 28,000 square feet with an average lot size of over 17,000 square feet.
Lilly Creek V & VI
The Village approved final plats for 22 single family homes at a site which is located near the corner of Daylilly Drive and Northfield Drive in southeast Menomonee Falls. Lot sizes in the Lilly Creek V & VI subdivisions range from 20,015 to 26,472 square feet with an average size of 21,836 square feet.
Silver Spring Estates
Construction is continuing on the third and fourth phases of Silver Spring Estates Subdivision which is located to the east of Town Line Road and to the north of Silver Spring Drive in southwest Menomonee Falls. Phase three added 26 single family lots with lot sizes ranging from 12,375 to over 44,000 square feet. The approved fourth phase added six lots in late 2017. A proposed fifth phase, which would add another six lots, is being reviewed. When complete, the Silver Spring Estates Subdivision will create a total of 138 residential parcels (12 duplex and 126 single family lots) across from Hamilton High School on the former Lied’s Nursery site.
Tall Pines Condominiums
Construction is proceeding on a 38 unit condominium development located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive in southern Menomonee Falls. Condominium units range from 1,520 to 1,680 square feet
The Village approved a final plat for 27 single family homes at a site which is located along the north side of Lisbon Road between Lannon Road and One Mile Road in southwest Menomonee Falls. The approved plat is the first phase of a larger project which will include 103 single family homes. Lot sizes in the Tamarind subdivision range from 12,000 to 27,844 square feet with an average size of 14,392 square feet. New home construction will begin on the site in 2018.
Brookdale Estates Subdivision
The Village approved a final plat for 75 single family lots to be developed at the northeast corner of the intersection of Pilgrim Road and Lisbon Road in southeast Menomonee Falls. The lots in the Victory Subdivision range in size from 10,000 square feet to 29,000 square feet with an average lot size of over 13,300 square feet. New home construction will begin in 2018.
Construction is proceeding on the second phase of Weyerhaven Subdivision which is located along the east side of Lilly Road and to the south of Mill Road in southeast Menomonee Falls. Phase two adds 40 lots with an average size of 13,700 square feet. The Final Plat for a third phase, which will add 31 lots, is being reviewed. When complete, the Weyerhaven Subdivision will create a total of 140 lots.
